It’s understandable there is some confusion about what is happening in regards to COVID-19. Here are some common FAQs to ease your concerns.
1. Is Our Dental Care still open?
Yes, we are open. However due to current conditions, we can only accept patients who are deemed low risk i.e. have no signs of fever, respiratory symptoms, no close contact with a COVID-19 case and who has not travelled interstate or internationally in the last 14 days.
2. What treatments are available?
Since the easing of restrictions, all treatments are currently available since we have moved back to Level 1 restrictions.
3. What protocols are in place to deal with COVID-19?
We have especially prepared areas to respect the guidelines of 1.5m between patients, extra cleaning of regularly touched surfaces and we measure the temperature of all patients who arrive to our appointments in order to make your experience the safest it can be.
4. What else can I do to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
If you arrive more than 20 mins for your appointment, we would recommend waiting in your car if it is comfortable. We ask you complete our online questionnaire prior to arriving to your appointment.
